Turn Right onto Town Center Drive. Montecito Apartment complex is immediately on the right. The gate will be open. There will be signs to guide you to the sale. Please park on the street outside the complex or inside at parking spots marked “Visitor Parking”.

We are excited to bring you a wonderful collection filled with European and Asian treasures, mixed with designer pieces and fashion in a cozy modest space with enough panache that will warmly inspire any hostess or host!

Hailing from Boston our client was creative, loved the arts, music, sports and cooking. She learned to paint on her own and immediately became enthralled with such artists as Monet, Renoir and the style of Gustav Klimt. She also loved Asian art. In her youth she was inspired by Frank Sinatra and was co-chairperson of the local Boston Sinatra fan club. Progressive for her time, she took her teenage soon to see The Beatles in 1964!

As a creative person and truly gracious hostess, our client was a phenomenal gourmet chef. This talent eventually got her to work at the original “Julia Child, the French Chef” television show. She was responsible for making some of what was shown, as well as plating it correctly for the cameras. She became very friendly with Julia, dining at each other’s homes which helped her further perfect her cooking!

After downsizing multiple times, she settled in Valencia to be closer to her son and grandchildren. Our client’s collection is a testament to her lifestyle of treasures collected from all over the world. Everywhere you look there is something to be inspired by, appreciate and acquire!
